Targets
A five year financial plan must be set out in order to create a successful practice this is shown by The RIBA small practice survey 2007 showing that business with business plan achieve the upper quartile performance meaning more profits are achieved. A series of measurable targets and benchmarks has being set out to predict the performance of the business over five years. These are:
o Double the size of the practice
o Increase business profitability by 10%
o Increase within the commercial sector
